shipped with delivery confirmation. This is added to the paypal transaction

are shipped, and shipping companies can track the shipment internally. |

product online and I recieved an email saying that it was backordered. Why? |
| Answer: In the past,
this happened from time to time. We have implemented a new shopping cart
software with inventorying built in. This should eliminate any situations
in which you order a product and we do not have it in stock. |

my merchandise once I've received it? |
| Answer: Due to the nature
of our business we do not refund merchandise once it has been received unless
the product you receive is flawed. |

a paypal account or a credit card, can I still order merchandise through
mail order? |
| Answer: Yes, if you do
not have a paypal account or credit card, you can send an international
money order to us and we'll ship your products. However, we ask that you
